Why you need to be running TikTok ads

TikTok ads and TikTok shop seems to be in it’s infancy.

If you start now, you won’t be late to the party. You’ll be on time but you won’t be early.

I think every brand should be on TikTok shop and here’s why:

TikTok is aiming to grow their ecom side to be about $17 Billion and compete with Amazon.

Brands that were new on Amazon were getting acquired for tens of millions.

Everyone used to think that the audience on TT was younger and that the attention span was so short, that no one would ever buy anything within the platform.

The truth is that 50 year old women and our grandfathers are scrolling on TT. Everyone is consuming this content and even they will stop scrolling to buy a product that solves their problem.

Right now, there are 200,000 brands on TT shop and 100,000 affiliates selling these products.

Of course there are huge brands that are crushing like Gurunanda and the Creatine Gummies

If you take your product category or value props, search it on TT and replicate that top video with your brand, you should be able to make winning videos.

If the video gets views organically, run it as an ad.

If it doesn’t get views organically, try another style.

This is a strategic way to test before you start spending money.

The only thing about TT is that the ads do seem to burn out quickly. So as soon as you have a winning ad, you have no time to enjoy it. Keep filming and trying to make the next banger.
